Soba Noodles (Buckwheat)
Move over, spaghetti. We’re all about buckwheat soba noodles now! Made from buckwheat flour, these delicious noodles are high in protein, fiber and minerals. They are commonly served chilled with a savory dipping sauce, or served hot in a broth. Our buckwheat noodles cook up in a jiffy and makes a nourishing meal or side dish when served with chicken, tofu, eggs, or vegetables.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring large pot of water to boil. Add Soba Noodles to boiling water. Cook for 6 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. If water starts to boil over, reduce heat. Drain well. Use immediately in your favorite salad, stir-fry or soup dishes. Tip: If noodles begin to stick together, rinse lightly with water.
