This is my mother's favorite sauce in the world! It isn't too salty, so she can still have it (only a little, of course!) with her salt-restricted diet. But a little goes a long ways, and she doesn't feel like she's given up 90% of her original diet. I love it for making stir-fry and fried rice because I don't waterlog my food when I don't want the extra liquid. Always buy it in threes or more. Like Lays Potato Chips, you just can't have one in the pantry. Fabulous alone as a dipping sauce for dumplings!
