Gluten-free sweet white rice flour is made from milled short-grain, high-starch sticky rice which makes it exceptional for binding and thickening. This naturally gluten-free flour is great for baking sweets like muffins and cakes or as a thickener for gravies and sauces. Despite its name, gluten-free sweet white rice flour is not inherently sweet, although it is traditionally used in Japanese and Korean cuisine to make sweet rice cakes such as mochi.

This rice flour is super finely ground for which helps my gluten free baking not have the signature gritty taste/texture that is so often a hallmark of gluten free baked goods. Thanks, yall are the best!
