Gluten-Free Sweet White Rice Flour
Gluten-free sweet white rice flour is made from milled short-grain, high-starch sticky rice which makes it exceptional for binding and thickening. This naturally gluten-free flour is great for baking sweets like muffins and cakes or as a thickener for gravies and sauces. Despite its name, gluten-free sweet white rice flour is not inherently sweet, although it is traditionally used in Japanese and Korean cuisine to make sweet rice cakes such as mochi.
