I have reviewed this flour before, but since asked again, I will say it again. Nuts.com cassava flour is the best I have used. I have tried several, even the one most often suggested in cassava flour recipes. This is the only cassava flour that I have found to have little or no telltale cassava odor to it. That makes a difference in bread and other baked goods. ThanksPatricia, Ruckersville, VA
