How to Cook Barley Flakes
To cook, bring 3 cups water and ½ teaspoon salt to a boil. Add 1 cup barley flakes and reduce heat. Cover and cook for about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand for two minutes, then serve with milk and honey.
