This 7 grain mix is packed with nutrition. Red and white hard wheats, oats, white soft wheat, rye, triticale, and barley. Use to make some great 7 grain bread or cook them to make a wonderful breakfast. Mix in pancakes and even soups.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave Instructions:

Ingredients: 1/4 cup 7-grain cereal and 3/4 cup water.

In a large bowl, combine 7-grain cereal and water. Cover and microwave on high for 3-5 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving.

Stove-top Instructions:

Ingredients: 1 cup 7-grain cereal and 3 cups water

In medium saucepan, bring 3 cups water to boil. Add 1 cup 7 Grain Cereal. Reduce heat to low and cook, covered for 10 minutes- stirring occasionally. Makes 4 servings.

There are approximately 2 3/4 cups per pound.
