Rolled oats make a wonderful and nutritious oatmeal. Can be used in baking as well.
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan, and stir in 1 cup of rolled oats. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook oats until soft, 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
