Yummy ! I mix these sprouted oats in half with buckwheat groats, and enjoy in a variety of ways. Not just for breakfast with fresh berries, or whatever fruit in season, but add to salads, and soups too. It’s a great base as a side dish mixed with steamed or roasted veggies.
