Health Benefits
Organic Kelp Powder (1 lb)- This powder is extremely high in dietary fiber, which helps the body feel full. Fiber is also linked to improved blood cholesterol levels. Additionally, scientists from Newcastle University found that alginate, found in sea kelp, can suppress the digestion of fat, which researchers found to be promising for those trying to lose weight (Journal of Food Chemistry 2014).
Wheatgrass Powder (1 lb) - Wheatgrass is unique because it’s packed with a wealth of nutrients such as vitamin A, vitamin C, iron, calcium, selenium and magnesium. These nutrients deliver a broad range of health benefits. To name a few, vitamin A supports cell growth, and magnesium plays a role in blood sugar control and blood pressure regulation.
Spirulina Powder (1 lb) - A big benefit of spirulina is that it is a plant-based protein, plus it provides B-vitamins and iron. There are a number of animal-based studies that link spirulina to boosting the immune system, although more research is needed in this area.
