Excellent. This is my favorite natural sugar replacement. It can be used 1:1 to replace sugar. It is less sweeet than sugar but that's not an issue for me as I use very little added sweetener. It was a huge hit for making homemade whipped cream and allergy free apple pie. It works well in baking as well. This will be my go to sweetener from now on. Highly Recommended!Jackie, Elko, NV
