Gooseberries
These all natural dried gooseberries were a staple of the Incas, but have only recently been rediscovered. We are glad they are back! Each of these deliciously tart dried gooseberries is bursting with nutrients. Especially vitamin C, pectin, and bioflavonoids, packing the flavor and nutrients of several oranges into the chewy texture of a plump and tasty raisin. These are also called golden berries, cape gooseberries, pichuberries, inca berries, or uchuva.

By far, the tartest berry I've ever encountered... like somebody figured out how to make a raisin out of a lemon. And I am absolutely addicted!Mark, Beaufort, SC
