Chickpea Flour
Chickpea flour (or garbanzo bean flour) is made from ground raw chickpeas, which produces a great substitute for wheat flour. It can be used to make falafel, pancakes, or even fritters.
Crushed Red Pepper
Crushed red pepper has an extremely fresh and strong flavor. It will excite any dish, from tomato sauces to stir fries to hamburger patties! Be prepared!
Fennel Seeds
Fennel seeds emit an agreeable, warm, sweet odor, somewhat similar to that of anise. They even have a licorice taste! Great for pizza sauces and toppings, Italian sausages, and specialty breads.
Gram Flour (Besan)
Our Besan gram flour is made from ground chickpeas. It is a staple in Indian and Bangladeshi cuisines.
Ground Cumin
Ground cumin is used as a spice for its distinctive aroma, popular in North African, Middle Eastern, Western Chinese, Indian, Cuban and Mexican cuisine. Its unique flavor is due to its essential oil content.
Organic Sesame Tahini
Delicious and smooth organic sesame tahini is made from roasted sesame seeds and contains no additives. This tasty spread is great on a sandwich or used as a dip for vegetables.
Parsley
Parsley is America's most popular herb! Our freshly dried parsley leaves will help to accentuate and complement other, more bold flavors in your cooking.
