Raw Broccoli Salad

Recipe Ingredients:
Broccoli
Red Onions
Raisins
Sunflower Seeds
Pumpkin Seeds
Almonds
Mayonnaise
Rice Vinegar
Sugar or Substitute

Cooking Directions:
1.  Cut up broccoli into bite size pieces (flowers only). Slice onion into 1/2 to 1" pieces.

2.  Add raisings, nuts and seeds as you like.

3.  Mix mayonnaise, vinegar to taste with small amount of sweetener. Add the dressing to broccoli a little before serving.

4.  Note: No specific measurements have been included as it is all according to taste.
