Veggie chips are made of thinly sliced vegetables and potatoes and are lightly fried in non-hydrogenated vegetable oil for a fresh-tasting, crispy taste. One serving offers three grams of dietary fiber as well as vitamin C and vitamin A and none of the sodium found in regular potato chips.
