Sev

Sev is a thin, crispy noodle made from besan (chickpea) flour. This crunchy texture-maker is commonly used in Indian and South Asian cuisine. Our imported sev works great for whipping up authentic Indian recipes. Use sev to add some crunch to a cucumber and tomato salad or mix it with some spices for a standalone snack.

Nice flavor and interesting texture. Like these very much. There is a spicy version called Methi Sev that I wish Nuts.com would carry. Currently, they don't (hint hint, nudge nudge, wink wink, say no more!)Richard, Puyallup, WA
Very fresh and tasty snack made with chickpea flour. Nice crunch with creamy texture. Mild seasoning which is fine though I'd buy a Methi Sev spicy version of this in a heartbeat!!Richard, Puyallup, WA
