Sev is a thin, crispy noodle made from besan (chickpea) flour. This crunchy texture-maker is commonly used in Indian and South Asian cuisine. Our imported sev works great for whipping up authentic Indian recipes. Use sev to add some crunch to a cucumber and tomato salad or mix it with some spices for a standalone snack.
Ingredients:
Chickpea Flour, Water, Non-GMP Expeller Pressed Canola Oil/Saff Flower Oil, Salt, Baking Soda. Packaged in the same facility as peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, sesame, and milk products.

Nice flavor and interesting texture. Like these very much. There is a spicy version called Methi Sev that I wish Nuts.com would carry. Currently, they don't (hint hint, nudge nudge, wink wink, say no more!)
