Sev

Sev is a thin, crispy noodle made from besan (chickpea) flour. This crunchy texture-maker is commonly used in Indian and South Asian cuisine. Our imported sev works great for whipping up authentic Indian recipes. Use sev to add some crunch to a cucumber and tomato salad or mix it with some spices for a standalone snack.

this is the first item I've tried from my recent order. Fresh and delicious. Would love to see a "wider" crisp also --these are quite thin.Linda, Pittsburgh, PA

I have ordered this before and liked it a lot. That is why I ordered it again. First time it was very thin, crispy and fresh tasting. This one is a bit thicker which is fine but it has a very strange smell to the point of not being edible.Mathil, La Porte, IN
