They are wonderful. I plan to make Macadamia nut hummus for a luau.

Very fresh. The nutmeat is white, rather than the off yellow (which I am guessing is a sign of rancidity) you see in grocery store macademias or in the bulk bins. Good price, too. And thank you for the sample of figs that came with this order.

I eat macadamia nuts every day, because I like nuts, but I want them to have a balance of Omega 3 and Omega 6 essential fatty acids. Only macadamia nuts have that balance. And, there's this excellent advantage too: they're delicious. I've been ordering raw macadamia nuts from Nuts.com for at least a year. Their product is always tasty; their service prompt.

These are the best! I love that they are dry roasted, so I don't have to worry about seed oils, and they seem to last longer because of that. I eat them as a snack, or mixed in salads.
