Looked the world over and finally found these for Japanese Gomasio...I'll be using them in some of my Far Eastern/African recipes. on salads, and in smoothies for a specked look and great nutty taste. Very cool!

Perfect! We also have your organic chickpeas. I make hummus in bulk using my pressure cooker for the chickpeas. It’s a major part of our diet, always fresh and good and freezes well.

I forgot I needed to stir it up. It’s very satisfying as a spread on celery or as a snack on crackers

I stir fry them in a dry wok for a few minutes at medium heat to bring out the flavor. Once I ground them, the aroma of the black sesame is rich and fragrance.

The taste is good. I’ll buy the regular tahini next time.
