Perfect! We also have your organic chickpeas. I make hummus in bulk using my pressure cooker for the chickpeas. It’s a major part of our diet, always fresh and good and freezes well.

I forgot I needed to stir it up. It’s very satisfying as a spread on celery or as a snack on crackers

I stir fry them in a dry wok for a few minutes at medium heat to bring out the flavor. Once I ground them, the aroma of the black sesame is rich and fragrance.

The taste is good. I’ll buy the regular tahini next time.

This is some of the best tahini I've had. Easy to mix, fresh tasting, extremely nutty and not at all rancid/off tasting like some tahini can have.

I love this because it tastes great in recipes and is very healthy. Someone tipped me off about sitting the jar in hot water until Tahini is easily removed from jar, then running through my food processor until it's creamy! Works great! Now, I can easily use it in lots of recipes.
