Homemade tahini: Toast the seeds for 10 minutes in a dry pan in the oven (don't brown them), grind them in the food processor with a few tablespoons of canola oil until creamy. This keeps for months. Of course they are great sprinkled on salads.Lois, Leonardtown, MD
