Can’t go wrong with chia seeds. I add them to many things for a nutritional boost. Mix 1/4 cup with 1 cup of almond milk, shake well, let sit 5 minutes, shake again and then refrigerate overnight, chia pudding for breakfast!

In case you've never tried it, adding a milk substitute to a scoop of seeds in a bowl is the start of a great pudding. When blended it's smoothie heaven.
