Taste: mild flavor but genuine cashew; Product Quality: superior to any local retail product by far.

A cut above :) They taste great for being lightly and simply processed and they brought out that buttery quality that cashews should be naturally possesed of, and that other roasters don't always get right.

The cashews are a good source of fat, but the dark chocolate is to die for. Creamy, not too sweet but that perfect balance of cocoa and sweetness.
