Memphis BBQ is delicious!

I buy these for one of my nutty brothers who claims they are the best cashews ever. It is just fun to see his face light up when I give him the bag. He also will not share them!

Oh my goodness! I have to hide these from myself if I want any for the holidays. Crunchy, just the right salt amount, each nutmeat a nice size are some of the things I like best. I always tell myself that the protein amount is a good thing for me, but I say it with a smile. It is a delightful treat.
