These are my wife's annual thrill.

Sour tart cherries are not good, I think the sun flower oil was rancid. I threw them in the trash. The pumpkin seeds are awesome! I would like to try the sour cherry again. Thank you for your great service.

Great snack, natural tamari for flavor, awesome diversion from chips and pretzels. The health benefits are numerous, of course. They come from the Earth. I also grind them for a breadcrumb substitute for coating fish....pretty tasty.
