I had tried the toasted Quinoa, which I love the texture of so I decided to try the puffs. They taste kind of sweet, like rice krispies but surprisingly hold their texture (at least in the microwave) when I tossed them on top of some random foods for extra nutrients.

Not much you can say about quinoa, really. It's very bland but delicious. Label should include calories/cup/cooked.

I paid $15 for a pound of grocery store brand that wasn't even organic, this is terrific and an amazing value...love the recipes on your site too, brilliant!!

I have made a promise to myself to eat better in 2016, and the Organic Quinoa is one item I added to my way of eating. I can't comment on the Organic Red Quinoa, or Organic Toasted Quinoa, because this is my first time ordering these two products. Hopefully I can find delicious Quinoa recipes online.

Better priced than the smaller box I used to get in the store and better because it's from my favorite company too!

Okay, this company is absolutely AMAAAAZING! (1) Crazy super-duper fast shipping - granted their warehouse is in NJ and I live in NY - I was opening my box of goodies within 24 hrs of ordering, seriously. (2) Awesome customer service - polite, efficient, & generous. They make you feel like a valued VIP patron, no matter how large or small your order. More importantly, they truly stand by their commitment to 100% customer satisfaction, old-school and admirable, which I really appreciate. They've definitely gained a new loyal customer. Enough with the raves - but seriously, I love this company - and now on to the quinoa. I love quinoa cooked with brown rice or in the company of other grains and veggies. So happy I found this mix!

Winter & Quinoa go together. A complete protein in a quick, hot meal. But I'll have to order a larger amount next time cause this 1lb bag will disappear quickly, lol.

Really surprisingly delicious!

I was brought up with rice. When I read about Quinoa few years ago. I am sure it will be such great fun for me to make my own fusion food with this Red Quinoa. I did make my experiment cooking it, and I found that this Organic Red Quinoa gives the nutty flavor, and really easy to eat and to enjoy. I have my electric rice cooker, makes it tastier, one cup of Red Quinoa with 2 cups of water and cook it the same way as white rice. Then I can either use it in substitute for rice but the nutrition is not the same rice, it is 'seed' which I find that I will not have to worry using it as when I cook my rice. I can put it in my salad, eat it with my food, or I even cook it as if I were making my fried rice. This Quinoa is tasty, yummy and most of all I find it very 'nutty' more flavor than my red or brown rice. I also make my special dish by saute Quinoa with other ingredient before I cook it in my rice cooker. What a wonderful, new world to play with Quinoa. It is really easy to use in many ways. I tried the first one and ordered another 2 lbs to enjoy Quinoa more.

Repeat double order. Great in yogurt or add anything to it for breakfast cereal.

Crunchy and nutty tasting. Quinoa being about the only grain I can eat, I now have a cold cereal for hot days. I pair it with coconut or cashew milk. Yum!

this was totally delicious even though i kinda messed it up cooking it! Was my first time actually making my own instead of buying pre-made, it was really easy but, i used the wrong size pot so i had to add a little water towards the end and it still tasted good. i did not add oil or salt and it still had a good non bland flavor to me.. afterwards I fried up 3oz of ground chicken breast with some onions, tbsp of olive oil, adobo seasoning (garlic/salt/oregano mix) and added a handful of baby spinach..mixed in the 1/4cp (dry amount) of now cooked quinoa and it turned out to be my first delicious healthy made by me meal thanks to nuts.com's excellent quinoa.. Will be buying again for sure!!

I have difficulty with gluten but love puffed cereal. I grew tired of the bland taste of rice puffs. These are a delicious answer for me.

Pleasantly surprised! I am a lover of most things quinoa. I was skeptic about the puffs due to taste uncertainty. These are some very ah-mazing little puffs. I ate them with vanilla almond milk and they taste like rice krispies. YUM!

Arrived a day before promised (yay!) and is fresh, crisply crunchy, low cal and super nutritious.

I read online that this flour must be baked 2 hours before use it, i didn't that and I used it direct from the bag; I replace the normal wheat flour for this in 1:1 ratio, and all my cakes are perfect!!, but I don't recommend it for cookies.

I had tried another brand of Quinoa puffs and, yes they were cheaper, however they were also bitter! My order from N on L is toasty and delicious.

Shipping an delivery was fast and at a reasonable price. Good price also for bulk items. The cardboard box although did not resist the transit; two corners of the box were smashed I could see through, but the plastic bag inside hold the merchandise. Carrier fault maybe. Anyway, I will shop again with you guys.

I love, love, love quinoa! My husband hates, hates, hates quinoa. Sigh. . . I understand that the red quinoa has a deeper, nuttier flavor. Perhaps he will like this one better. I shall keep you apprised.

Unfortunately, my package took a detour to Colorado on its way to find me in PA, none the less, it did arrive. Beautifully packaged, the first thing I did was open and cook a batch of quinoa. Love, love, love not having to rinse the little seeds of goodness! The little seeds, did their thing in water and 20 minutes later, fluffed into noms! As in Om-nom-nom good! Great flavor, some of the best I've ever had.
