I got these for a friend, he loves them in scones.

Obviously I am a fig lover as I have ordered four 5-pound bags of figs in the past several months. I consume 1-2 pounds per week. I love snacking on them as a replacement for unhealthy snacks. Figs are wonderful for gut and brain health among other many other issues. According to one author, figs are high in B vitamins, micronutrients, trace minerals, antioxidents, etc.

So plump and tasty!

I love these figs! Each piece is not only large, (about the size to fit in-side of somebody's small-size palm), but they are sweet, not bitter. I like to freeze them as a snack. Freezing also preserves them to last a verrry loooong time. ENJOY!
