These are the bomb! I’m sort of addicted, I think. When I want something sweet I’ve got the answer with these delicious figs. They’re now the reason for my order and then I do the add-ons! Now I’ve started to freeze extra bags so I’ll always have them on hand.

Sizes vary which is understandable. However, a few figs in every bag are inedible.

The Mission Figs from Nuts.com will go into my holiday baking, which begins in earnest in mid-December. I bought them early as not to be caught in the Christmas rush and supply chain shenanigans. I LOVE figs. And these are definitely some to love. They are fresh (if you can say that about a dried fig, but food lovers know what I mean), sweet and chewy with seeds that provide a fun little crunch. They will go into some of the Italian Christmas cookies I plan to bake, and will add just the right flavor and texture to these family and friend favorites.
