I cut them into little tiny pieces because the skin is a little tough but the insides are delicious.

These are tremendous IF you get a fresh batch. Even the semi-dry ones are pretty good but freshness has been a role of the dice

These figs are phenomenal. We use them for a long standing family tradition when baking Italian Cuccidati cookies. They're huge, plump, moist and so fresh. We've even frozen these figs for later use and they thaw out beautifully.

They taste good but they have gotten much smaller! I always get them as a gift for my Dad. This last order, I got the organic figs, some of each kind. I always order some of each so he has variety. He was dissatisfied with the reduction in size. I always counted on your company for the best And I was never disappointed, until now. Hope they won't remain so small as they are expensive. I loved them. Big, not sticky, flavorful. Great snake or treat. Better than the sugar free Bridge mix. I'll get these again. But I'll try organic next time to see if I can reduce the potassium which is a preservative.
