We are comparing taste and texture of organic and regular Turkish figs. We think organic might be better, but it may just depend on when they were picked, packaged, etc. My husband loves sweets and he accepts the figs as dessert!

These figs are phenomenal. We use them for a long standing family tradition when baking Italian Cuccidati cookies. They're huge, plump, moist and so fresh. We've even frozen these figs for later use and they thaw out beautifully.

I keep in refrigerator. Always taste great.
