Really soft and easy to eat. I don't mind date pits so I get these. I started on them because I was assessed as pre-diabetic. That was frightening. I had to cut out overt sugar and really watch for hidden sugar in products. Really, that meant all processed foods, no more Cookies, cakes, candies, breads and that stuff. My desire for sweet remained. I was looking at nuts.com for some help and right on the screen, there were the dates. After my first order of them, this was it. They didn't hurt my sugar consumption because the natural sugar is bound up with the fiber dates have. They are a single serving so I can count how many or how few dates I eat. I kept losing weight like I wanted to because no carbohydrates to speak of. Highly recommended.

When I was growing up we always had these at Thanksgiving so when I saw them I had to get them and they are great.

These Medjool dates are consistently high quality and probably the best I've been able to find for the price. They're never too dry, which can be a problem with dates I buy from other stores. Whenever I order from Nuts.com, I throw in at least one bag of these dates. Highly recommend!

I read descriptions of all the dates, and I've gotten medjool and deglet dates in the past, but I thought I'd take a chance on these. They have instantly become my favorite - the level of sweetness, the texture, and the size (medjool are great but they're huge) - are all factors that appeal to me. I almost never write reviews for anything, but I had to for these. Will definitely be purchasing again!

If you've never had a Barhi date, you need to try one right now! It's my absolute favorite date and everyone I've ever introduced to them instantly falls in love with their delicious and delicate caramel flavor. When entertaining, I serve these along with with with raw walnut halves and pieces of dark chocolate for dessert. Easy and delicious and always on hand. I buy several bags and keep one in the freezer at all times.

These are hands down, my favorite date. The texture is like soft caramel and they are like eating candy. I almost don't want anyone else to know about them... ;-)

These were the biggest and meatiest dates I've ever had!

Strange. The quality of the dates in the bags is inconsistent. Some dates are moist, soft, chewy and delicious, yet others IN THE SAME BAG are so dry and stringy its like chewing hay! These Medjool dates used to be good every time but not anymore. I never know what I'll bite into. It's unfortunate. I don't know what's happened!

Medjool dates are a naturally sweet delicacy. The diced date is a good way to preserve the whole date and use the pieces for eating and cooking.

I really appreciate this product. The morning oatmeal cooked with a full tablespoon or little more added to it really is great. I do rinse off the rice powder first, just because. I think rinsing it is likely not needed. It is a good product and I am grateful for it,.
