Great for just snacking on by themselves or with a dip, crushed as a fantastic breading for chicken, pork, veal or fish. A unique blend of savory, rich, cheesy flavor with a bit of a spicy sharpness in its after taste. Great price compared to less flavorful store bought cheese crackers.

The crispieness and full asiago flavor make these chip/crackers come alive in your mouth. Great as a snack or a platform for dips, or a bit of their imported regional salaimi's or some prosciutto. Beats those blah, sodium/ preservative adened, store bought, stale, boxed crackers, hands down.

I’ve been loving these for years. After the original place I ordered them closed their business. I was delighted to find the crisps again at Nuts.com. They are wonderful thin sourdough layers and cheese crisps. Excellent as a snack with a bit of protein in them.
