These chestnuts come beautiful packaged for freshness in a resealable pouch. Not only that, they are fresh, plump and delicious! Nothing like the dried up ones from the grocery store. Will never purchase from anywhere else! I shared with my sister and she is gonna be a customer and she hasn't even eaten one yet! lol

They were indeed fresh and tasty. I cleaned and froze them because i like to take them out one at a time, chop them, and add them to my oatmeal on a cold morning. Thwy are very healthy, high protein and low fat.
