How to Make Donuts with Donut Mix
Ingredients: 1 lb. donut mix, 4/5 cup (6.4 fluid oz) water, 2 ½ teaspoons yeast.
Directions: Combine yeast and water, let sit for five minutes. Add mix and knead dough for 4-6 minutes till soft and smooth. Let rise 45-60 minutes. Roll out and cut desired donut shapes. Let rise till double in size. Fry at 375°F for approximately one minute per side. Yields approximately one dozen donuts.
