Macaroons are delightful cookies made with sweet coconut and have a hint of almond flavor. These light and fluffy cookies are great for family gatherings and holidays. Our macaroon mix is quick and easy to make at home.
How to Make Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients: 1 lb or approx. 3 cups mix, ½ cup HOT water.
Directions: Mix thoroughly for five minutes. Cover bowl and let set for 15-20 minutes. Scoop or form cookies onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes or until starting to turn golden on the edges. Carefully remove with a spatula and let cool.
