Roasted black walnuts are expeller pressed and mixed with English walnut oil to create a unique and very tasty black walnut oil blend, which won a 2011 Sofi Award, one of the top awards in the country for specialty foods.
Makes a great finishing oil in fish and cream dishes, vegetables, salads, or in your own creations.

This is a new purchase for us. My mother-in-law is 103. She loves ice cream and loves Black Walnuts. We haven't told her yet, but she'll be getting her ice cream with this oil drizzled on it.
