I purchased these pistachios in the shell for the 2nd time; only found 3 that I couldn't open without a nutcracker. They are always so fresh and taste is unbeatable.

I have always been a fan of pistachios going back to those (awful) red dyed shells of my childhood! These are NOT those, thankfully! SO beautifully roasted and perfectly cracked to allow easy access to the wonderful nut inside. These are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for! I will be back for more of these!

I thought I bought 50% less salt, but got salt free instead. My mistake, and they would be much better if they had some salt to accent the flavor.
