I've been buying this for a few years. I'm always finding new ways to use this to add protein and fiber to my diet. I add it to my PB toast, oatmeal before cooking, apple crisp and energy bars. Love it!

I really like this ground golden flax and find that when I run out, and buy flax from the store I don't like those quite as much as I like these.
