I just started using flax seed.....in a fruit compote or oatmeal. You really can't taste them in there.

My daily nutrition requirements include one tablespoon of flaxseed. They are high in Omega-3 fat, are a rich source of lignans that may reduce cancer risks, high in fiber, and may reduce cholesterol and blood pressure. It's a winner in my book!

I use 1-2 tablespoons every morning on my cereal and often at night sprinkle a tablespoon on my salad. Also great with yogurt as after dinner snack.

Also for my overnight oats.

Add this to my cereal every morning, to muffins and cookies and streusel layer to my avocado mousse!

Almost everything I purchase goes into my granola, including the golden flax. High quality ingredients make a better end product!

Put into my sourdough bread. Was liked very much.

Much cheaper than the supermarket. Put this in your smoothies or vegetable bars. Makes you POOP!!

I am going to be using these to make flax cookies.

I add a tablespoon to main meal. Good to reduce cholestoral as well as keeping things "regular" if you get my meaning. Taste is also fabulous!

Love the ground flax and eat at least three tablespoons daily in my cereal ore smoothies and sometimes on my salads.

These are my life partners, keeps me healthy. I sprinkle over salads, cereals, yogurt, and ground up in my coffee grinder then add to bake goods like banana nut bread.

This Flax seed is so nice and fresh... I keep it in my refrigerator in a large jar that holds approximately 2&1/2 Lbs to help keep it fresh. I use 2 Tbsp in a seed grinder to process it. I then add it to a glass of almond milk and sweeten it with a tablespoon of Agave Nectar. Refreshing and good for you. I would recommend this to anyone that likes good fresh flax seed.

Nuts.com's organic golden flaxseed meal far superior in flavor, it's sweeter, lighter and nuttier, far more pleasant than the cold-milled, brown flaxseed meal I eat otherwise. I eat flaxseed daily with breakfast as do a few of my friends. I've already recommended your organic golden flaxseed meal to them when we discuss foods that purposely benefit health.
