The sticks smell like Cinnamon and the sticks are pretty uniform we love to grind with whole coffee beans ..

So much easier to us when 'just a pinch' is needed to enhance recipes. Grate them for whatever you are needing. So much more flavor in baking/cooking or in herbal teas!

I have been ordering these for years. I really like them. However, I have noticed of late that some of the sticks had some stringy lengths in the sticks. I was still able the grind them and use the resulting powder.
