Once I start eating pumpkin seeds can't stop until they are all gone.

I could eat pumpkin seeds all day long and all year long. These are always fresh and flavorful.

I like the flavor. The texture is a bit on the chewy side (like what I would guess wet driftwood would feel like). I was expecting a harder drier texture, so it is better. The flavor makes them addictive.

I’m 76 year old and bought these roasted when I was a kid , now I buy them and roast them in our oven which has a built in air fryer, I use olive oil and keep a close eye on them…. I like some of them a little light brown when I’m roasting them ……the taste and smell is great.
