I’m 76 year old and bought these roasted when I was a kid , now I buy them and roast them in our oven which has a built in air fryer, I use olive oil and keep a close eye on them…. I like some of them a little light brown when I’m roasting them ……the taste and smell is great.

I swear these taste like plain popcorn. I have a hard time finding roasted pumpkin seeds at all where I live, but unsalted? forget it. This was a miracle find, lol, and they're nearly addictive. Especially for a (kidney) stone former who's looking for an unsalted snack.

I LOVE pumpkin seeds! I snack on them and sprinkle them on salads, casseroles etc.

A crunchy snack or add to cereal.

I wanted the same amount of salt that was in the product years ago when I started. The way I see it, if someone is getting too much salt from what they eat, they need to eat less of it and leave the rest of us alone.

I toast them, then add them to my breakfast cereal - including oatmeal - salads, veggies. They're also good by the handful.
