We must have roasted pepitas in our home at all times. We almost always have a vegetable salad every night and sprinkle pepitas on top in a good amount. DELICIOUS!!! Honestly, have you tried them? I can't recommend them enough.

I never really like pumpkin seeds until now-I add them to everything, oatmeal, salads, eggs...so good!
