For those that are watching their sodium intake, these are good. I like the taste of pumpkin seeds without all the salt.

I'm a long term customer, had come to order the 50% less salt seeds, but they weren't available. These are simply way too salty :-/ Nice and fresh, and if you like mouth puckering salt, trust me, these are for you ! :-)

The BIGGEST AND best roasted pumpkin seeds. For those that shell, they open easily. For those that eat whole, very easily edible. Perfectly salted. I've tasted roasted pumpkin seeds from many grocery stores and gourmet shops. These are by far superior!

Not dry enough. For my taste I threw them in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes. It was just enough to make them as I remembered from childhood.

I sprinkle these tasty little seeds on everything... salads, rice and pasta dishes, yogurt, bread dough, and if I still ate ice cream, I'd find a way to sprinkle there, too. Oops, I forgot cereals, oatmeal, and homemade granola! All that and they're nutritious!
