Fabulous. Crunchy and fresh. I fill a 32z glass jar and keep in fridge. The rest of the 5b bag goes in my freezer although for long-term storage the fridge is probably just fine.

Growing up I ate the salted shell seeds. Now that my blood pressure rises I choose to eat the shelled variety. The salt taste is just right. I read something about a quarter of a cup every morning is good for you. This has caused me to begin the daily routine.

Pumpkin seeds are wonderful. The seeds are large, twice the size of David's pumpkin seeds. Crunchy and tasty. The only downside is that they are a little on the salty side. Not much or enough to stop me from eating them. Did I mention they taste wonderful.

Love the pumpkin seeds. Only thing is they can be too salty, but the unsalted are bland. A salted seed between salted and unsalted would be so good. A "less" salt version.
