Like this for breading fried foods instead of AP flour.

I have to get use to using this but my daughter and I love to try new things. I'll keep working with it because it is not regular cornmeal so I need a special recipe for this to be perfect.

This is excellent! I had never used corn flour before, but always used corn meal! I mixed them both to make corn bread & it was a lot smoother in texture. It tasted very good. I will definitely purchase this again. Thank you!~

Since almost all corn grown in the US is genetically modified and not terribly good for people or the environment, this is the only cornmeal I buy. It makes great. . . everything!

These grits provide me with my favorite breakfasts. I shall be using these grits for a long time to give me nutritious breakfasts. They are one of the great products you offer. Thank you.

Great for making polenta and for use as a cereal.

I love these grits and eat them every morning. I make some firm grits in my 1-1/2 quart slow cooker from the Cookbook - Not Your Mother's Slow Cooker Recipes and use 2 cups water and 1/2 cup of grits and whatever herbs, spice or flavoring I feel like. I cook on high for 1/2 hour and 4 h ours on low. Grease the crock with butter before putting in the water and mix the grits with a whisk. My favorite add on this week has been red pepper flakes. When the stuff is done take crock pot out of container and add 2 tablespoons of butter and put giits in plastic wrapped small loaf pan. Then it goes in the frig to firm up. Slice it down an fry in butter in the morning and add an egg to the top, and that's my favorite breakfast. Some other add ins are any herb I am growing on my windowsill, or have in my spice rack, grated cheeses, and sometimes just plain. Your grits are the only thing I will use for my favorite breakfast. They are the best!

I love this product. Make firm pplenta with many different spice additives. I shall always buy these from Nuts because your products are excellent, your prices are great, and your customer service is bar none the best I have ever received. You guys are the nuttiest best ever!!!

Lots of cool ways to use this. We get the smaller packages because of our family size. We just stick the extras in the freezer.

I've compared this with a store brand and I still favor Nuts Gluten Free Corn Grits over the rest! The taste is so fulfilling!

I love the corn grits. Make up firm polenta in my little 1.5 qt crock pot,and have for breakfast most every morning. It is wonderful and I spice it differently most times. As for the buckwheat flour - I am making my first buckwheat bread in my new bread maker later today. My order just delivered today and can hardly wait to get it (as usual). You guys are great. Your products are TOPS, AND MANY, and your customer service is the ABSOLUTE BEST. Keep up the good work. You shall be hearing from me again - and again - and again.

Wow! After using the store brand polenta/grits for YEARS, I decided to try these.. Just made them and there is a world of difference - for the better! These have some texture, flavor and I made them with some chicken stock and added parmesan cheese - wow! Delicious! My husband even tried this and liked it! That's a Plus!!! Would buy again for sure!

Really nice "corny" cornmeal. LOVE it! It's hard finding organic so I'm very happy to have this for making muffins and breads.

Looks good and fresh haven't used it yet, no rancid smell could've purchased more.

Really good grits

First time I've tried this. My husband has developed a liking for grits. He's a happy camper.

I always love your cornmeal. Great value, freshness and the course grain make my homemade polenta fabulous.

This is my second or third order. I have Southern roots so sweet corn muffins are a staple in my home...a perfect companion to chili and soups. I like corn flour much better than cornmeal, which sometimes is too gritty for me. I use a 1:1 ratio with regular flour and buttermilk if I have it. A muffin with plenty of butter and jam is perfect for breakfast if you're a light eater and a 1 lb bag goes a long way.

Their grits taste more like corn than my local natural grocery store's grits. Nuts.com products are always the freshest, AAA quality, and delivered fast! They are a class act. I trust whatever I buy it will always meet or exceed my expectations. Nuts.com runs their business like I would. I feel like I am buying from a local family source and they value me as a customer. couldn't get to the store, so i bought the grits online and they are yummy. fresh and great. i had a craving last night, put in the order and they arrived the next morning with fedex.. can't beat that. Thank you for being a company i can rely on.

Love this organic corn grits!!! Great tasting! I use it also for dusting my cast iron pan when I bake my bread...will keep on buying as I only buy organic corn!!!

If you like cornbread/corn muffins, you have to treat yourself to this organic corn flour. I received my delivery yesterday and made a batch this morning, using my traditional recipe (half cornmeal, half corn flour, sugar, oil, baking powder and milk). By far, the most tender corn muffins I have ever eaten. Serve with honey and butter, or enjoy with soups, beans or instead of most breads. I'm upsizing my next order so I'll always have some on hand.

Always use this and the corn flour.

I haven't used it yet but I think it is want I have been looking for without the added salt. I also like the way it was prepared as far as it being organic.

I used to buy grits a Trader Joe's, but they stopped carrying the product. So went online and found Nuts.com. This is my second 5lb. bag order. We love grits. They are rich and creamy. I also love your polenta - a traditional food during my father's childhood in Italy, but one that my family now enjoys in either the Italian tradition or with a Southern twist.

Love, love, love the stone ground white grits!! The one local store that I could find them at discontinued them over a year ago and I've been searching for them ever since. Oh sure, places carry instant grits but who wants them? These grits are creamy & oh so tasty. I make them as a side dish for dinner by adding Hatch New Mexico roasted green chili's and some grated cheese. My Sweetie & I love them! Try 'em especially if you've never had grits I think you're gonna be very pleased.

These Grits are absolutely Delicious. The only thing I can find around here are the instant and they do not ever compare. These are just like the Grits we use to get when we lived in the South years ago. Will definitely order more when these are about to run out. . . . . .

Well, I ordered your grits-and they are fantastic! I had read the reviews B4 I ordered and now I know why everyone was raving about them. I am a Maine Yankee-and we are not known for eating grits- but my Delaware husband needs grits on a regular basis-LOL. Yours are great!
