I have used this flour to make pancakes and flat bread and it is delicious

Since cooking Mediterranean foods, found chickpeas are a main staple. All I ever used were in cans. Now, I have discovered how wonderful they are dried, raw. There are at least three basic ways to cook them! Will order again.

Had never had this before. It was pretty good. Will definitely try again.

These made very creamy hummus! I soaked them overnight and cooked for an hour with lid on pot. Impressively delicious!

A very important staple for my gluten free recipes. I use this to make an egg-free omelet and also in pancakes. Can't find it anywhere in stores near me.

Just an FYI, I thought these were edible as is, but they are too hard to chew & swallow and need to be cooked.

Great way to add a little extra protein and fiber to baked goods.. I replace 1/4 cup per recipe.

I have always wanted to make falafels but procrastinated because all the recipes seem like they take a long time or have ingredients that I can’t find. This mix is so simple to make and it tastes great! We love them! Maybe someday in the future I’ll get ambitious and make them from scratch! It looks like nuts.com has some of the ingredients I would need too!

A standby in our home and everyone loves the falafels, even the most finicky eaters. They're flavorful and fry up nice for use in sandwiches, pasta sauce, wraps, and smooshed on toast.

I add peas, sauteed mushrooms and onions, and Indian black salt to make vegan omelettes. Love this low-cal, high protein, high fiber alternative to regular flour.

They are dry dead. I tried sprouting them and they are slimy after several days of rinse. No one developed tails and they splitting apart.

Crave this and always need to keep a back up bag on hand.

I'm not clear if these MUST be cooked, but as they are, they are way too hard to eat. I was afraid I was going to break teeth and had to spit it out.

Very good falafel mix, not too spicy. After the adding of water, I am letting it stay in the refrigerator at least 24 hrs (more is better) so some hard pieces became more chewable.

I used this in conjunction with Gluten flour to make homemade seitan and it turned out great! Looking forward to trying this in some other recipes.

I have used it in several recipes, by itself and mixed with Quinoa. The only downfall I have experienced is that after 4 days or so, the product develops a real bitter taste. Must be because it is a bean? Used it in pumpkin bread, was tasty until the 4th day. BUT, it means I can have baked goods! I have to avoid all grains except Quinoa because they turn to sugar in my system. Now I can eat baked goods knowing it is all protein and not starch.

I make my own humus with these and it is very fresh and less expensive than the store bought kind.

These are the best! Just leave them in water overnight and most of the skins come off before cooking them.

I use this as one of my substitutes for grains. I like the higher protein content.

Mix some into the falafel mix it improves it.
