Another new purchase. Wasn't sure of the difference between "potato starch" or "potato flour" so I started with this item since the main reason for this purchase was to use as a thickening agent in recipes.

I would’ve given ar fifth star but the shipping is almost as much as the product.

Better than any store.u get a whole lb. Instead of a tiny bottle. Used it last year and it was perfect.

I've used the Pectin before and love it. Can't rate the nuts because I haven't used any yet. But I ain't worried about them. ---Bill

I don't cook or pickle, I rely on alum in a hot water solution to remove broken screws from brass clock and case parts. Your price was much better then Safeway, $3.99 for 2 ounces. Ridiculous ! Thank you.

I use this in my baking. It works so well when baking gluten free bread. It always turns out better. Got a big package this time so I would not run out. This is good stuff and I don't want to overlook it again.

This is my 3rd year using this product. Jam season started before I had ordered it this year and I had to use what was available in the store. Not happy with those results! As you can see, I reordered and will make sure I order in advance of jelly season next year!!

OOOOOMMMMMGGGGG! You guys F@#%ing rock. I am a retired baker. for decades I have used a product from West-Co called "insta-clerejel" I have ordered a dozen different products since retiring TRYING to find this product. As you know once ordered food stuffs normally allow returns so I haveended up with nothing but corn starch. GRRRRR! But as soon s opened the bag and checked the texture I knew it was the right stuff. So to be sure I mixed a very small amount and its THE thing I've been willing to kill for. LOL thanks guys. I opened an account and your news letter. Nowtell me if you can get ahold of a product called "Shine" itsNOT a spray can whicch is all I'm finding. This is a liquid in a jug. Its what bakeries use to make carmel and verious other kinds of flip rolls shine. Hence the name IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND except from west-co and they dont ship to homes only the big guys. rest. schools etc. I will love you forever and even offer my first borne.... ( in the next life anyway)
