Believe it or not, they are not hot as you would think. A very little bit of heat is what you get. Just enough to add to the great flavor and crunchiness that the cracker is.

This was a very pleasant surprise! Was looking for an alternative to potato chips. And the intense flavor ensures that I only eat a few at a time.

Crunchy and a great addition to salads!

These crackers are so good. They taste like savory cheese puff pastries; it has a nice buttery flavor of Gruyere cheese, much better than the commercial artificial cheese-flavored crackers. It's delicious and I have to stop myself from eating too much of these. I like them paired with fresh pear slices, and I think I might even try crushing them over salads...
