I used this in conjunction with Gluten flour to make homemade seitan and it turned out great! Looking forward to trying this in some other recipes.Krisha, Altamonte Springs, FL
I have used it in several recipes, by itself and mixed with Quinoa. The only downfall I have experienced is that after 4 days or so, the product develops a real bitter taste. Must be because it is a bean? Used it in pumpkin bread, was tasty until the 4th day. BUT, it means I can have baked goods! I have to avoid all grains except Quinoa because they turn to sugar in my system. Now I can eat baked goods knowing it is all protein and not starch.Patty, Marble Falls, TX
