Toor Dal

Toor dal/dahl, also known as Thuvaram paruppu or kandhi pappu, is the most popular variety of lentil in India. We sourced our toor dal from a respected Indian seller to ensure authenticity and quality. Yellow split peas can be made into a traditional-style puree for serving with vegetables. Toor dal can also be prepared with lemon and vinaigrette for salads.
