These are great and tasty - the pistachios tend to get a bit asian tasting, which only adds interest to the taste. pepitas are great it's hard to get/keep them crunchy

I love pistachios, they're pretty fresh, i enjoy them and so do my parrots, they know the good stuff they don't like other brands but this one they go nuts when they see the nuts.com brand bag, that tells me how healthy and fresh this pistachios are.
