You want to know the dish. 1 cereal bowl with a tablespoon of Cheerios. I bought these for my African Grey parrot. He loves them! He is a nut for them! We use them as training treats as I don't want to give him too many at a time. Too much of a good thing is not good for his health. I can get him to do all his tricks for these seeds even when he won't even look at other treats. Big, plump and juicy --The seeds, not the bird.

The flavor of the sunflower seeds isn't overwhelmed by the candy. I find sunflower seeds too salty, but these add just the right sweet note. The candy coating make them easy to snack on without grabbing a handful.

They were fresh when I received them. This is my second time getting them.

The quality of these seeds is high. One thing I'd like to see however is being able to purchase a pound that is split into 4 oz bags. That size is convenient to carry around. Ziploc bags provide an interim solution however.
